Home-made crackers with a black olive tapenade, tomato jam and a basil gel

Guacamole, hummus, and a roasted red pepper and cherry tomato salsa.  All served with warm herbed bread served with a herb oil

Seasonal nut roast with roasted pumpkin purée.  Served with roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts, glazed carrots and parsnips, broccoli, marmite gravy and citrus spiced cranberry sauce
